Denver Metro, Colorado

Flowers deserve a second life. So does a hard day.

Bloom Cycle is a Colorado non-profit that rescues leftover event flowers and surplus blooms and turns them into fresh bouquets for people who could use a little brightness.

What We Do

One simple idea

We have a single goal: to carry joy, hope and healing to neighbors who are going through a difficult season.

We collect flowers from generous local vendors and donors, give them new life as bouquets, and share them with the organizations that look after our community across the Denver Metro area: social services agencies, hospitals, and children’s and elder care programs.

Along the way we offer a sustainable answer to a wasteful habit: event flowers that are used once and thrown away, and surplus stock that never finds a home. A little sunshine for someone having a hard week, a little less waste for everyone. Come and join us.

How It Works

From the event to the bedside

You donate

After your wedding, gala or corporate event, or when your shop has surplus stock, tell us. We handle the coordination and the pick-up.

We re-arrange

Stems are sorted, trimmed and conditioned, then arranged into small bouquets designed to last.

We deliver

Bouquets go to partner organizations that hand them to patients, residents, children and families who need a lift.

Donate your flowers

Make someone’s week a little sweeter and a little brighter. Give us the flowers left over from your event, or the surplus from your shop, and we will refresh them into bouquets for people and organizations in need. Sharing joy and cutting waste at the same time: that is a good day.

Your donation is tax-deductible.

Nominate an organization in need

Do you work with a social services organization in the Metro Denver area whose patients, residents or community members would welcome flowers? Tell us about them. We would love to share some joy with you.

Because we are just getting started, we match requests to what our donors are able to give. We will let you know how often we can deliver, and we expect to add more drop-offs as we grow.
